Good Morning beautiful people – Exciting news! The format of the 21 day challenges is changing in order to make it more fun and more interactive for you and so that we can help you better to get a new result.
The next challenge will be a 30 Day challenge starting 1 July and you will need to buy a ticket for R50 in order to join. All money raised from the tickets will go into a kitty which will be used for prizes. There will be a grand cash prize for the greatest transformation as well as spot prizes in various categories like the person who participates the most, most creative snack etc. depending on how many people join the challenge.
The challenge will include a daily activity, inspiration, workouts, meal plans and lots more!!
I’m very excited about this new format for the challenge because I believe it will make it much easier for you to achieve your goals and have fun along the way.
